Achieve Weight Reduction with PVC/CFRP Shafts!
Product Features
PVC-coated shafts suitable for various wet transport processes such as etching and cleaning.
Normally, as the shaft length increases, deflection due to its own weight occurs.
To resolve this deflection, Suehiro designed a shaft with enhanced strength specifications, and CFRP sheets were processed into a sheet form and wound into a pipe shape.
This design achieves an ultra-lightweight shaft that is about 1/5 the weight of a SUS shaft.
Additionally, our proprietary technology ensures excellent adhesion between the PVC coating and the CFRP shaft!
